Please visit our crowdfunding campaign here and support our upcoming 30th anniversary of the One World Film Festival.
The OWFF is presented by One World Arts, a volunteer-based charitable organization. The festival has become Ottawa’s longest-running documentary film festival on social justice, human rights, and environmental issues. Featuring film screenings, panel discussions, and filmmaker Q&A’s, the OWFF brings together artists, activists, local organizations and members of the public interested in the issues impacting our communities and our world.
By making a contribution, you are supporting a charitable organization run by a small group of dedicated volunteers who donate their time and efforts to ensure we have a successful festival every year. You will be supporting us in continuing to provide an excellent event that educates through the arts.
Our goal is to raise $3,000 CAD. Any funds raised (even if we don’t reach our goal) will go towards costs associated with making the 30th OWFF a success. For instance, the funds can cover venue costs, filmmaker/artist fees and their travel/accommodations, technical fees, promotion, etc.
Don’t forget to check out our unique perks! Depending on your contributing you can win a OWFF T-shirt, a OWFF mug, a festival pass, a one-year One World Arts membership, special mention on our website or our festival program/booklet thanking you for your support!
